Early Childhood Learning

Every child deserves the chance to reach their full potential.  Let us encourage, challenge and inspire your little ones to develop a love of lifelong learning today.

As part of our core program, Tamassee DAR School provides an exceptional learning experience for parents seeking a quality driven, safe and loving environment for their children.  Whether you are seeking care for you infant, toddler, or  preschool services the Early Childhood Learning Center (ECLC) at the Pennsylvania Children’s Center (PCC) is here for you.

If you are looking for a safe, loving and quality program, then look no further.

Since 1975, Early Childhood Learning has been providing outstanding educational services to little people in our local and surrounding communities.  We are centrally located on the Tamassee DAR School campus in the recently renovated stone Pennsylvania Children’s Center.   Early Childhood Learning is licensed by the South Carolina Department of Social Services, nationally accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA) and an ABC Quality Center.

Early Childhood Learning serves infants and toddlers needing fulltime services.  In the fall of 2020 we will begin using the Teaching Strategies Gold curriculum which is play based early childhood learning through developmentally appropriate practices.  Low child/teacher ratios and small classroom sizes allow greater personal attention for each and every preschool child in our care.  You can rest assured that your child is receiving the best care possible by our loving and trained staff.

It is our sincere goal to make every child and parent feel that they are a natural extension of the Tamassee DAR School and our Early Childhood Learning family.
