Donor Advised Fund Gifts
A donor-advised fund (DAF) is an excellent way to simplify your charitable giving and facilitate your strategic philanthropic goals. Visit our free online partner portal at FreeWill.com/DAF to learn more and to make a DAF gift today! You may also be eligible for certain tax benefits with your DAF gift. You can also send your DAF gift directly to Tamassee. Make checks to Tamassee DAR School and mail to the Office of Development, PO Box 8, Tamassee, SC, 29686.
Stock Gifts
Transferring stock electronically to Tamassee allows you to make a gift to the School and receive a charitable deduction equal to the full market value. You also may avoid paying a capital gains tax on your charitable contribution. Now, thanks to our partnership with FreeWill.com/Stocks, you can process your gift online and the check comes directly to Tamassee DAR School. Individual Retirement Account Gifts
Transfer assets from your retirement plan or make a qualified charitable distribution (QCD) from your Individual Retirement Account (IRA) for the benefit of Tamassee’s children and families. For your convenience, visit our online IRA giving portal at FreeWill.com/IRA where you can transfer your IRA funds directly to Tamassee and potentially reduce your taxes. Designate a percentage of your estate or a specific dollar amount to Tamassee DAR School through your will or living trust. Recurring Gifts
Tamassee Faithful donors make a monthly recurring gift to change children’s lives at Tamassee. Your gift can begin at $15 a month and grow to as large as your heart for kids. Monthly recurring gifts are convenient for donors, budget friendly, and provide reliable donations for Tamassee. When you enroll, you’ll receive a beautiful pin to wear in support of children. Scholarships Gifts
Bridge Scholarship donors “bridge the gap” between hard working families and academic success by supporting Tamassee’s educational programs. Too many of the children in Tamassee’s service area live in poverty, struggle in school, and face trauma. Matching Gifts
Many companies offer matching gift programs to encourage current and even retired employees to make charitable contributions. Matching gifts are a great way to double the impact of your contribution to Tamassee.
