Do you need placement for a child?

Tamassee DAR School is a fully licensed and nationally accredited residential care program that serves children ages 6-21 primarily from South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia.  Children are admitted as “Private” placements by the family or legal guardian or as “Public” placements by government entities such as the South Carolina Department of Social Services—SCDSS.

Residential Care

Families and guardians seek our residential care services for a variety of reasons.  Children are often placed due to circumstances beyond their control with needs that stem from family issues.  At Tamassee DAR School, we have nearly a century of experience in serving children.  We will work with you and the child to set achievable goals while providing a safe place where children can grow spiritually, physically, academically, and emotionally.

You can rest assured that your child is well taken care of through our quality driven and child centered services.

If you have questions about our programs and/or you would like to have an admissions pre-screening, please contact the Admissions Office at 864-944-3022 for additional assistance.
